If you are on the NDIS and have psychosocial needs listed on your plan, we can help you connect with a mental health support worker. They can assist you by taking you to your allied health appointments, accompanying you on social outings and providing support for your goals.
We organise social and community-based events to promote holistic wellness. We have organised beach and snow trips, art tours, day walks, labyrinth meditations, rock climbing, outdoor dining, movies, sound therapy and cooking programs and are open to your suggestions. The fee depends on the actual event and whether it is a group or solo booking.
A psychosocial recovery coach is someone with a combination of the lived experience of a mental condition and/or extensive vocational experience. They can guide you with your NDIS plan, motivate you towards your goals, and connect you to the services and health professionals that would most benefit you.
We provide hypnotherapy to address anxiety, depression, and other concerns. While some people benefit from a single session, we believe it’s best to undertake at least three sessions with a qualified hypnotherapist and listen to the hypnosis track specifically designed for your needs for at least a month.
Holobody is a comprehensive body-mind-spirit health transformation program taken online over four months. It involves taking a look at your diet and exercise to find the root cause of your health issues. We also look at biology, nutrition, stress and fitness to help you feel better and remain accountable with your qualified coach. It includes developing meditation skills and discovering more about your purpose in life.
We offer Resource Therapy (trauma-informed strength-based parts therapy) if you’re managing anxiety, depression, PTSD and phobias. We also offer process work psychotherapy, dreamwork and transpersonal work to suit your needs and if you are managing psychosis, substance use disorder or bipolar disorder, you will be referred accordingly.
